The location was great and brilliant in a nice area, really close to the return taxi as well as the centre of town. Ate at Burger King, it's just a short stroll away from the venue. The rich breakfast had a wide range of meals and the food I tasted was outstanding.

Convenient location close to the city center, Napoli, and the train station - making it easy to get around. We really liked that. It's just a short 10-minute drive to Pelican Bay Aquatic Center 🚗.

Had a fine stay for one night. the place was clean, and the rooms were amazingly comfortable. the staff was attentive and friendly. the location was particularly good, close to the train station, the Regina di Caserta, and a famous outlet mall.

The hotel room at Novotel Caserta Sud was absolutely stunning! It had a modern and stylish design, and the bed was super comfy. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated the cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
Personally, I found the lighting in the room a bit too dim, but hey, it's just my preference. Others might actually enjoy the romantic ambiance it creates.

I would have liked to have more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to accommodating the needs of senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there had been more attentive and considerate towards us.

The breakfast was tasty and our room was comfortable and modern. the hotel has a lovely pool, although we didn't have a chance to use it since we were only there for one night. the staff were polite and overall it was a perfect place for a comfortable overnight stay on our road trip.
